Before founding Baadalsoft, Siva led Microsoft practice at Concentrix and PK. Across that time he saw the same pattern repeat: organizations invested in strong technology but struggled to connect their CRM, cloud, and data into one platform that people actually used. He founded Baadalsoft to close that gap.
